How Arbital Health Began
Co-founded by Travis May and Brian Overstreet in November 2023, Arbital Health was created to tackle one of healthcare’s greatest challenges – misaligned incentives. Our mission is to simplify and accelerate the shift to value-based care by serving as a trusted, neutral adjudicator for outcomes-based contracts, delivering clarity and trust for all stakeholders.
Today, Arbital Health is creating the critical infrastructure for risk management in value-based care. By connecting payers, providers, and enablers through streamlined contract measurement and adjudication, we’re driving efficiency, transparency, and aligning the financial incentives to better patient outcomes across healthcare. Combining innovative technology with the largest team of value-based care actuaries in the country, Arbital Health is accelerating the trillion-dollar shift to value-based care.
